Over the past few months, we have seen a few applicants joining the list and nobody really knows who they are.
Here's my advice - post an [Applicant] thread.
Not everybody will see you when you're on-line, so as much for us, do this for yourself. Post a thread introducing who you are, a bit of your background, your aspirations, etc. It goes a long way and can be the thing which makes members see you as an actual person and not just some random in the applicants list.
If you just apply, and hope you get rostered on with no effort, you will actually be purged from the applicants list sooner rather than later.

I think it's time to clean up the Applicant list??
Yeah, I have been meaning to do it. Will probably do it tonight when I get home.
The applicant list has been cleaned up. If for whatever reason you feel you should not have been removed, simply re-apply and create an applicant thread in general. Cheers!
