Im guessing its a mele unit, like a fat zealot, and you can call it down like a mule, using orbital energy.

Its definitely got a shield of some type, i'm thinking on its head is a flame thrower? and its going to replace the reaper

The best guess I've heard so far is that the hellion transforms into some kind of firebat or something :S

its all fun and games till the mele-mules (donkeys) drop into your mineral line

I'm going with Wall-E with a flamethrower... Just sayin

It's definitely a transformer of some sort as a wheel is clearly identifiable on the outside of it's right leg (our left). And seeing as the helion has the same gun on top, it has to be a transformed helion.

It is a marauder, with combat shield, a hellion flame gun and a marine rifle. This is not a joke, that is what it actually is.

Supposedly its got a freezing effect, but that's all speculation.
